Casinok Terms and Conditions for Account and Cashier Use
Effective date: 22 August 2026
These Terms govern access to Casinok, account creation, deposits, games, promotions, verification and withdrawals. By registering or continuing to use the account, the player accepts the current Terms displayed on the site. If a promotion has specific rules, those rules apply alongside this document and control that promotion where they are more specific.
1. Contracting party and acceptance
Published company information identifies Ryker B.V. as the operator. The legal notice and site footer contain the current corporate and licence details. A player should read the Terms before registration and retain a copy of the version accepted.
2. Eligibility and personal responsibility
The account holder must meet the applicable minimum age, act for personal entertainment and use the service lawfully. It is the player’s responsibility to provide accurate information, understand local obligations, protect login credentials and avoid gambling with money needed for essential expenses.
3. One account, one verified identity
Only one personal account may be maintained unless the operator gives written approval. Registration data must be complete and consistent with identity and payment documents. The player must update material changes and report unauthorised access immediately. Account access may be reviewed while identity, security or payment ownership is checked.
4. Deposits and payment ownership
Deposits must come from a payment method the account holder is authorised to use. The cashier displays the live currency, minimum, maximum, fee and status. A transaction can be reviewed for anti-fraud and AML purposes. Published rules state that funds deposited and withdrawn without at least one qualifying wager may be subject to a 20% deduction; the current cashier and Terms control application of that rule.
5. Gameplay, records and technical outcomes
Game results are determined by the applicable game system and rules. The account history and provider records form the operational record of accepted stakes and settled rounds. A disputed round should be reported with the game name, time, stake and round ID. A visual balance delay does not by itself change the underlying settled record.
6. Promotions form a separate rule set
| Promotion control | Player obligation | Possible consequence |
|---|---|---|
| Opt-in | Activate before the qualifying deposit | Reward may not attach |
| Wagering | Complete the stated multiplier | Bonus balance remains restricted |
| Eligible games | Use games with stated contribution | Progress may not advance |
| Maximum stake | Stay within the live GBP ceiling | Reward or winnings may be affected |
| Expiry | Complete use within the stated period | Promotional balance may expire |
| Withdrawal | Check active-bonus status first | Reward and later stages may be cancelled |
The reported welcome package consists of three 100% stages with 35x wagering, but the promotion panel controls the live GBP thresholds, game list, maximum stake, expiry and winnings cap.
7. Withdrawals and verification
A withdrawal must be requested through an eligible route in the account holder’s name. Identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds documents may be requested. Processing depends on review status, method, network and account tier. Crypto addresses and networks must be checked before confirmation because blockchain transfers cannot generally be reversed by the operator.
8. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited activity includes false identity information, duplicate accounts, payment misuse, collusion, manipulation, exploitation of technical errors, automated play not expressly permitted, money laundering, chargeback abuse and promotion abuse. Funds or winnings connected to prohibited conduct may be reviewed and handled under the current Terms and applicable law.
9. Account controls, suspension and closure
The player can request ordinary closure or use safer-play cooling-off and self-exclusion tools. The operator may restrict or close an account where required for security, verification, legal compliance or breach review. Outstanding balances remain subject to lawful checks, deductions and settlement rules.
10. Intellectual property
Site software, branding, text, graphics and game content are protected by the rights of the operator or its licensors. Access is personal and limited; copying, reverse engineering, commercial reuse or interference with the platform is prohibited except where law expressly permits otherwise.
11. Service responsibility and liability
Gambling outcomes are uncertain and no result is guaranteed. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The player remains responsible for stake choices, device security and compliance with these Terms.
12. Complaints and evidence
Start with 24/7 live chat and obtain a case reference. Provide a chronological description, relevant transaction or round IDs and the requested resolution. If unresolved, follow the formal escalation path stated in the current Terms and licence information. Keep copies of communications and account history.
13. Amendments and severability
Terms may be updated for legal, regulatory, security or product reasons. Material changes may be notified through the site, account or registered email. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing rules and final interpretation
The current Terms identify the governing law, dispute route and official language. Promotion pages, game rules, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy form part of the wider account framework. Where wording differs, the more specific current rule for the relevant action should be consulted before proceeding.
